Being our first post on our new site, it is only fitting to publish our first collective project! This beachfront Hollywood Condo definitely needed a makeover. In late 2022, we were hired to remove 2 layers of wallpaper from the walls and 3 layers from the kitchen ceiling, skim coat the walls, install doors, baseboards and moldings, and paint the unit. We were able to make good time thanks to our local suppliers; we got our custom sized doors fast! The owner was able to get the unit rented
within the same month the project was completed! As is our company standard, we took every precaution to care for the marble and carpet flooring that remained. Make the responsible choice and schedule an appointment today!
